These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EquiYellow website at www.equiyellow.com (the "Site") operated by EquiYellow ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EquiYellow is an online directory that helps people in New Zealand find equestrian businesses and services. We provide a platform for listings and information only. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or service arranged between a user and a listed business.
You may use the Site to browse and search listings, and to contact businesses directly. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
If you add or claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your listing content on the Site. We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that breach these Terms.
Reviews and other content submitted by users must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free of unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material. You are responsible for content you submit. We may moderate, edit, or remove content but are not obliged to.
Listings are provided by third parties. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any business, its services, qualifications, availability, or pricing. Any dealings you have with a listed business are solely between you and that business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any listed business, including indirect or consequential loss.
Featured and Premium listing plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are in New Zealand dollars and may change with notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The EquiYellow name, logo, design, and Site content (excluding business-supplied listing content) are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
